I am currently a RRT in a free standing ER. I'm not sure exactly what you are asking but I have a lot of responsibility. I do IVs, blood work, all iStats, EKGs, vital signs, and help nurses when appropriate.  Being in a free standing ER just takes a lot of team work Let me know if I can help you with anything!
