Ventilator Protocol

Would anyone be willing to share their ventilator protocol. We currently have a protocol for ventilator weaning but not for ventilator management based on ABG results. Any help is greatly appreciated.

We have vent protocol, ASBA- SBT , extubation etc. Wish I could just attach them to here
