Simply posting a query regarding facilities that have specific differences in clinical assignments among their CRT vs RRT staff. Does your facility have a clear policy? If so, what are the specifics. Thank you.

We no longer hire CRTs. The ones we have had forever cannot participate in our professional ladder until they earn their RRT. We don't distinguish between CRT and RRT as far as duties.
