Sonya,
Not sure if anyone has responded to you, but just in case here's how you get to the Management Section Swap Shop. Go to main AARC page, pick Specialty sections, then choose the Management Section and on the menu on the side is the Swap Shop link. For the SwapShop you must be a managment section member.
