Hello AARC friends,
I read a BLOG that was created by a student with no responses yet to her BLOG. I hope that you will take some time to respond to her comments as your experiences are needed in guiding students and new graduates in the beginnings of her and our career. I did not get much of this when I entered the field but times were different. We have an opportunity to mentor the youth in this profession if we only stop and give them the attention that may guide them into a successful career. I hope you will add to the comments I left for her and all her peers to see.
