To all fellow Nevada RCPs and friends of respiratory care.
Next week the AARC will have RCPs from throughout the country meet in Washington DC to lobby on behalf of respiratory care and in fact Nevada will have 2 representatives there. They need your help. Write a letter to your congressman and senator asking for their support of HR 941, the Respiratory Care Initiative. If passed, this will open new doors for respiratory care and allow respiratory patients better access to respiratory care outside of the hospital. It is easy and will only take you a few minutes.
Go to AARC.org, on the right side of their home page you will see "Write Now!" in red. Click on it and it will take you to capital connection. You will find access to your senators and congressman. There are letters already written or write one of your own. It is easy. Have your family write, have your neighbors write, have your friends write, your help is needed.
