The proposals are rolling in for both the Summer Forum as well as the Congress with regard to management and leadership topics.
Bill Cohagen and I will begin the challenging process of prioritizing and selecting the topics for both programs. As a member of the Program Committee and liaison to the Mgmt Section, it is my privilege to lead this endeavor. As such, I would sincerely appreciate your assistance in helping Bill and I create the programs that will help you keep your job, help you demonstrate your personal value as a leader, help document the value of your RT department, and for those seeking to move up in your organization or move to a leadership position in another organization, what skills, knowledge, and competencies you will need.
