Consulting Groups: Who's out there?

Colleagues,

I'm interested in hearing from you with regard to the consulting groups that have worked with your organization as well as those you've heard about from your fellow managers.

Secondly, I'd like to know what their focus was in your organization (e.g. improving productivity, decreasing personnel costs, decreasing supply costs, improving quality etc.).

We are currently being looked at by a group called, "Thomson Reuters Action OI". The focus is to improve productivity, and to decrease personnel and supply costs.
