Colleagues,
I'm interested in hearing what things your department does that contribute to the success of your organization. For example, several RT managers have documented how much money they save their hospital by virtue of having an RT on the Rapid Response Team (note: Let's agree not to use the abbreviation 'RRT' for this, since we should reserve this for it's rightful designation-RTs!). Whether you contribute to financial performance, customer satisfaction/loyalty, and/or quality outcomes, I'd like to hear from you. I'll collate all of the responses into a presentation I'm working on and will share it with our members.
