I agree with you Michelle about the validity of predicteds on kids BUT there is great value in establishing a baseline in some cases. Clearly kids grow, and so do their lungs, making trends a bit harder to nail down. Having said that, I have always felt the SECOND test is the most valuable one because it does hint at the trend which can be very revealing.
