We kicked off the final day with the joint lecture from the NBRC on the changes coming to the TSMC exam. They reviewed the how they got their information for the changes from the results of the latest job analysis and how it converted to a changing of the matrix.
Next we broke out to the Management Section where Mary Lou Guy gave us a great insight into Bullying in the Workplace and how to deal with both t he victims and the bullies.
The Management portion of the Forum was ended by yours truly speaking and a great tool to use either with Six Sigma or by itself by getting using 4 tools to the your staff involved in creating the changes needed from all the lectures presented to several others face day to day basis
I would like to thank all the managers/leaders, staff, and students who attended our Forum as well as say to those who couldn't be here that I hope to see you in Anaheim in November for the Congress or next July at Marcos Island for the 2014 Summer Forum.
