The 2012 Summer Forumhas wrapped-up and we as professionals are at the crossroads of of our profession. Both the educators and managers are setting the groundwork to not only surive into the future, but to be the industry leader as well.
Now is the time to pull together and take us all to the next level as one profession. We are growing not onlyhere in the US, but around the world as well. As such we all have the opportunity to write a new chapter in what Respiraotry Therapists can do and who Respiratory Therapists are.
My challenge for each and everyone of you is to at least one thing before the end of the year to take yourself to the next level and take one person with you. By doing this we will a reap the benefits from our labors.
