As we near 2011, we should start to look at "Mentor Up" those who you see have the "Right Stuff". The best way to do that is to bring the to the Summer Forum. They can start to network, learn from the some of the most talented leaders in the land, and start to shine as a part of your legacy to the profession.
We are approaching the deadline for submissions (Jan 5th) for both the 2011 Summer Forum and the 2011 AARC Congress. If you have topics you would like to see, presentations you would like to give, or speakers that you would like to hear, go to Easy Street today. We want a program that will make a differnce to you.

Bill,
That's a great suggestion that you've made for RT directors to recognize and reward those in their departments who have made a great contribution to their success. Attending Summer Forum is certainly a cost-effective means to learn from those who have succeeded in leadership positions.
