Pediatric CPAP/BIPAP masks.

What kind of CPAP/BIPAP masks are people using for their pediatric age group weighing 8-22 pounds? I am not having any luck finding any masks for this group. They are either neonatal or having to weigh at least 22 pounds or 2 years old. Thank you.

Good morning Norene.

I saw your blog question, and I wanted to address the CPAP/BIPAP mask for pediatrics.

There is a product on the market, called the Artemis Pedi-Fit non-invasive pediatric nasal and full face masks.  These are specifically designed to right fit pediatric respiratory patients.  The soft molded silicone material and flexible forehead pad ensure excellent seal and patient comfort during CPAP and VPAP therapy.
Martab Solutions carries this product.  Let me know if you need more information.
