Just curious if your departments hold a policy on the cleaning of RT equipment? If so, what do they entail?

For our institution, we use steris coverage spray and a cloth. We spray the cloth and wipe the equipment from top to bottom. Expiratory cassettes or valves go to CSSD (if reusable) if the last utilization used heated circuit. We then cover the equipment with equipment cover bags and store.
we also wipe the touch screen every shift and make sure it’s documented.
